How to purchase

JR KYUSHU RAIL PASS Oneline Booking

This is a directly managed sales site exclusively for the JR Kyushu Rail Pass. The site offers the JR Kyushu Rail Pass and an exclusive service for pass buyers to reserve seats in advance.

Cautions regarding purchases

  • A reservation is possible for up to seven people in one payment. For groups of eight or more, please make multiple reservations.
  • Payment is only possible by credit card. However, it is not possible to use items such as virtual cards, where no physical card has been issued.
  • It is always necessary to follow the exchange procedures at a designated station counter to receive the ticket. Please come to a counter before starting the use.

Items necessary for the receipt

  • You must have the passports of everyone who will use the rail pass. It is not possible to receive a ticket without showing a passport.

    *Please note that a photograph or copy of a passport is not accepted.
  • Please bring the credit card that was used when reserving a rail pass or seat reservation.

    *It is not possible to receive a ticket without presenting the credit card, such as because it was forgotten.

  • Be sure to present the special exchange order with a QR code printed on it.

  • It is always necessary to follow the exchange procedures at a designated station counter to receive the ticket. Please come to a counter before starting the use.
  • The purchasing method and other details vary depending on the place of purchase. Please contact your travel company or travel agency for details.
  • Customers who purchased a JR Kyushu Rail Pass from the following travel companies and travel agencies can use the service for reserving seats in advance (for a fee) on the JR KYUSHU RAIL PASS Online Booking site.

    Overseas branches and authorized travel agents of JTB, Nippon Travel Agency, JALPAK, Kinki Nippon Tourist, JR Kyushu Jet Ferry(▲), Doctortour, Korea Railroad Corporation, Hana Tour, myrealtrip, EGL Tours, Package Tour, cola tour, LION TRAVEL, KLOOK, KKday, Ctrip, LINKTIVITY and their affiliate travel agencies/shops

    *Southern Kyushu Area Pass is not sold at (▲） Company.
    *These agents in Japan do not sell Vouchers for the JR Kyushu Rail Pass.
    *Voucher is valid for three months after issued.
