Introduction

A modern art museum designed to blend in with the townscape of Yufuin.
The museum was designed by the Kengo Kuma architecture firm, and its logo was created by Kenya Hara. A new building was added in 2022, and a long-term exhibition of works by Yayoi Kusama, Tatsuo Miyajima, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Takashi Murakami, Yoshitomo Nara, Kohei Nawa, and Mariko Mori is currently being held.
