| Introduction | An outdoor activity shop to help customers experience the great nature of Aso, including hot air balloon rides, paragliding, and mountain biking. All these activities need reservations. Book by e-mail at “reserve-anl@aso.ne.jp” or on the website(English).
*Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience is held in the early mornings only. （Experience conducted between sunrise and 7:30. It likely had to change the time deppending the season） *Special bonus can only be used when the website reservation is for ""Aso Natureland. If making a reservation by e-mail, please note: -Reservations may be made only in English. When making a reservation, the following information must be provided in an email by 12:00 of the day prior to your reservation (the prior business day). *However, if you wish to make a Friday reservation, the reservation must be made two days in advance (by 12:00 of the Wednesday prior) ・ Where you are staying (name of hotel, etc.) and the name the accommodation booking was made under ・Preferred date ・Number of people in your party(13 years old and over / 7 - 12 years old / 4 - 6 years old / Under 3 years old) ・E-mail address where we can contact you up to the day of the booking ( Reply will be sent from ""reserve2-anl@aso.ne.jp"".) ・Whether or not you have a JR-Kyushu Rail Pass -Cancellations by the customer must be made by 12:00 on the day before your reservation (the prior business day). *You will go directly to the meeting/experience site. -The meeting/experience site is not at Aso Nature Land. -Google Map URL：https://maps.app.goo.gl/jGYweYYHfZ7zidKr7 *When meeting place would be changed, we will announce on the step of reservation. *As these activities are held early in the morning, public transportation is not available. *The execution of these activities (whether they will be executed or canceled) will be determined by 17:00 of the day before they are set to be executed (the prior business day).(If the reservation date is Friday, this day will be Wednesday, two days before.) -You will be notified by email between 12:00-17:00 on the day before your reservation date. -Once it has been determined that execution will proceed, you will be provided with information on the meeting time. *Please be aware that even after an experience has been scheduled, changes in weather conditions may result in the experience being canceled on the morning of the day it was scheduled to take place. |
