[How to receive the benefit]
Choose one of the following:
(1) Present your Kyushu Rail Pass to the staff when you visit a car rental office.
(2) If making a reservation by telephone, tell that you will be using a Rail Pass at that time. And then present your Kyushu Rail Pass to the staff when you visit the car rental office.

Cancellations by the customer must be made by the reservation deadline of the evening before.
