An outdoor activity shop where you can experience the magnificent nature of Aso through activities such as Hot Air Ballooning, Paragliding, and Mountain Biking. All activities are by reservation only. Please apply in advance via the online reservation form (English) on our website or by email at : reserve2-anl@aso.ne.jp 【Important Notes】 *Hot Air Balloon Experience is available early in the morning only (Between 5:30–7:30; times may vary depending on season and conditions) *Special offers are applicable only to reservations made through the website where the application destination is “Aso Nature Land.” 【Reservation by Email – Important Information】 ・Reservations are accepted in English only ・Please send your reservation email by 12:00 noon on the day before (previous business day) *For Friday reservations, please apply by Wednesday at 12:00 ＜Required Information＞ Please include the following details in your email: (1) Preferred date (2) Number of participants (Ages: 13 and over / 7–12 / 4–6 / under 3) (3) Email address where we can contact you until the day of the activity (Reply will be sent from reserve2-anl@aso.ne.jp) (4) Whether you will use a JR-KYUSHU RAIL PASS 【Cancellation Policy】 Cancellations due to personal reasons must be made by 12:00 noon on the day before (previous business day). 【Meeting Information】 ・Please come directly to the meeting / activity location ・The meeting place is NOT Aso Nature Land Meeting Place : Fureai Mizube Park (Map Code: 256 786 389 * 26) ・Any changes will be informed at the time of reservation. 【Additional Notes】 ・As activities take place early in the morning, public transportation is not available ・Activity operation (go / cancel) will be decided by 5:00 PM on the day before (previous business day) ・Notification will be sent by email between 12:00–17:00 *For Friday reservations, this applies to Wednesday ・The meeting time will be announced after the activity is confirmed ・Even after confirmation, activities may be cancelled on the morning of the event due to sudden weather changes ・Please refrain from participating if you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, fatigue, etc.) |
