| Introduction | An outdoor activity shop to help customers experience the great nature of Aso, including hot air balloon rides, paragliding, and mountain biking. All these activities need reservations. Book by e-mail at “reserve-anl@aso.ne.jp” or on the website.
*Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience is held in the early mornings only. *Special bonus can only be used when the website reservation is for "Aso Natureland." If making a reservation by e-mail, please note: Reservations may be made only in English. When making a reservation, the following information must be provided in an email by 16:30 of the day prior to your reservation. *However, if you wish to make a Friday reservation, the reservation must be made two days in advance (by 16:30 of the Wednesday prior) - Where you are staying (name of hotel, etc.) and the name the accommodation booking was made under - Preferred date - Number of people in your party - E-mail address where we can contact you up to the day of the booking - Whether or not you have a JR-Kyushu Rail Pass Cancellations by the customer must be made by the reservation deadline of the evening before. *You will go directly to the meeting/experience site. The meeting/experience site is not at Aso Nature Land. |
